Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders could take slightly longer to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

Once your order is processed and on its way to you, it should arrive within 4-8 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks total for delivery within the USA. Orders shipped to Canada should arrive within 10 days, but in some rare cases may take up to 30 days.

Where do you ship to?

We ship across North America, throughout all 50 US States and all Canadian Provinces. We may start shipping Internationally in the future.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks for the USA or 30 days for Canada, please reach out to us. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure that you will receive your order ASAP.

Can changes be made to my order once placed?

There is a 12 hour processing hold after your order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes to your order. Once the item goes into production, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link that you can use to follow your package's journey from our store to your homestead.
